Local and County candidates please substitute the Fayette County Election Bureau for Department of State. Local and County candidates who have filed waivers do not have to file reports until they receive or spend $250 or more for their campaign, or form a committee, after which all reports must be filed on schedule. State-level candidates who live in Fayette County (and committees supporting them) are also required to file paper copies of their entire state reports at the county Election Bureau by the published deadlines (no extensions). Local and County candidates and committees must file campaign finance reports on paper at the Election Bureau, 2 West Main Street Suite 111 in Uniontown in accordance with the state reporting schedule.
